An exciting opportunity exists to join our Retirement division as Transformation Management Office lead - CSI. This is a secondment opportunity until December 2025!About the roleEvery one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. The TMO Lead - CSI will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and overseeing the entire CSI (Customer Service Integration) program to ensure that TMO managed projects achieve their intended business benefits.You'll also lead a team dedicated to program-level reporting, insights, and analytics, acting as the custodian of project management standards and tools.Day to day, you'll:
- Offer TMO expertise and assist project leads and team members with TMO services, including scheduling, planning, cost control, risk and governance, and managing information and documents.
- Offer top-tier support and expert advice to the Head of Business Transformation regarding CSI Program reporting and tracking.
- Create a comprehensive work plan for the TMO, including resource allocation, monitoring, and achieving TMO goals.
- Collaborate to implement a standardized and integrated project management system.
- You have advanced project management knowledge and hands-on experience to drive project success.
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- You’ll excel at translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- You're comfortable in checking and challenging project status
