This includes:
- developing organisational objectives, plans and artefacts.
- implementing strategies and tools for the continuous monitoring and evaluation of projects.
- managing workflows and provide input into the development of program management artefacts in support of business outcomes.
Major Responsibilities:
- Achieve project deliverables in accordance with the approved project scope.
- Leverage a change management methodology to deliver on initiatives.
- Monitor project progress and create project status reports for Project Managers and stakeholders.
- Plan, direct, co-ordinate and manage effective administration of document and information distribution, report collation and communication support including monthly reporting.
- Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics, as appropriate.
- Ensure all work completed meets quality standards and quality control measures.
- Demonstrated experience in project management
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement
- Demonstrated experience in change management
- Exceptional organisational skills to work in complex environments with multiple stakeholders
- The ability to plan, direct, co-ordinate and manage effective administration of document and information distribution, report collation and communication support including monthly reporting
Location: This role is required to be performed in Canberra, ACT.
Contract terms: 12 month Contract. Part-Time may be considered.
SFIA security level required: The Specified Person will be expected to demonstrate attributes at a SFIA Level of Responsibility 5
Security Requirements: Current Top Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) security clearance OR have held a TSPV in the previous 12 month period (which has since been downgraded). Candidates will need to be willing to undergo pre-employment checks which may include, ID and work rights, security clearance verification and any other client requested checks.
