AUD $85,121 - $96.949 per annum + 10.5% super
Excellent office location - Bourke Street Melbourne

About the role
The Transnational Education, Academic Program Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of the administrative and quality processes associated with the approval of, and onboarding of offshore English Language transnational programs and partners. An integral component of the role will be to manage the academic administration of the offshore English language programs and act as a conduit between the offshore partners and REW Learning and Teaching team for coordinating access and connection to systems for the smooth and timely delivery of programs offshore.
About You
To be successful in this position you will have:
Essential
Degree or diploma qualification of at least three years full-time or equivalent (teaching or other); with a suitable TESOL qualification or qualification that contains TESOL as a method; and appropriate TESOL teaching experience.
Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact with people across cultures with experience managing the competing needs of internal and external stakeholders
Proven experience in navigating complex regulatory requirements and accreditation standards, policies and procedures with the ability to provide compliant and timely solutions
Knowledge of the Australian international education landscape, the ELICOS Standards, the Higher Education Standards Framework with reference to delivery with third parties
Excellent organisational and administrative skills, including the ability to support projects, work collaboratively to prioritise workloads, problem solve and meet deadlines.
Knowledge and experience in international education within the English Language and Higher Education sector
Proficient use in MS Office and knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) – CANVAS and Student Administration Management Systems (SAMS)
Current valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) is essential
Desirable
Experience in offshore English Language Delivery
Experience in supporting and or managing a Transnational English Program partnership
Previous leadership experience in an Australian English Language centre would be advantageous
