opportunity has now become available for a Transport Administrator to join their growing team based in their Blacktown Area Depot
Position Brief below.
- Monday to Friday work
- Blacktown Area - Location
- Training provided
- shift times will be 10am - 6pm
- Training time will be 8am - 4pm (two weeks - flexibility will be required)
- Pay rate - $34 per hour
- ASAP start for successful applicant
ABOUT THE POSITION
In this Hands on Role you will be Responsible for a variety of Administrative duties within the business.
To complete assigned administrative tasks daily by providing assistance to the transport operations, including but not limited to system transactions, customer service , invoicing and manifesting.
role will commence as temp with potential for permanent opportunities for the successful applicant.
Key Duties
- Completion of daily invoicing and manifesting of loads.
- POD scanning
- Customer Service - Answering Phones
- Processing paperwork filing and scanning.
- file preparation working alongside managers
- taking bookings
- data entry duties
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Previous experience within a similar role highly desirable
- Intermediate knowledge with Microsoft Excel
- Data Entry experience
- time management
- Strong communication and customer service Skills
- High attention to detail
- Working in a team environment and good interpersonal skills
- Have own reliable transportation
- Be available to work Monday - Friday (with overtime where required)
- Be available to commence ASAP
