AddressAn excellent opportunity exists to join the QLD branch of a leading warehouse and distribution company located in Berrinba.
This position requires a positive and motivated candidate to work with our transport department to make sure all drivers are and perform the following tasks daily:
- Liasing with drivers to make sure deliveries are complete.
- Accurate data entry/order processing using database software
- Checking off drivers paperwork & manifests
- Putting together drivers manifests
- Problem solving
- General Office duties
- Liaise with all fleet Maintenace manager making sure all vehicles are compliant.
This role is ideal for a "people person" who is reliable, friendly, and outgoing with good self-management and motivation. The successful candidate must:
- Have previous experience in a similar role
- Work will in a team environment
- The ability to work in a high pressure environment
- Possess an excellent phone manner
- Demonstrate excellent computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent time management skills
This is a full time position which is available for an immediate start.
Hours are rostered between 10:00am to 6:00pm Monday-Friday
