Primarily you are, or want to be a dynamic Mentor or Trainer, innovative to ensure you engage all students.
As a Trainer for Rexcel Training, you will see yourself involved in delivering valuable industry training to our students to help them achieve their goals of entering the supply chain industry.
The role is responsible for:
- Delivering valuable warehousing training and upskilling to our students.
- Achieving targets, including securing work experience through networking with local employers in the warehouse / supply chain industries.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key industry stakeholders & contacts.
- Monitoring student progress and providing additional support to ensure students are progressing through their training.
- Participate in validation and continuous improvement activities.
- Contribute to the design, development and testing of new learning and assessment materials.
What we are looking for:
- Industry professionals in the warehousing and transport sector.
- Recent demonstrated industry experience and professional development.
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (MUST)
- Qualifications relevant to the transport or warehousing industry.
