We have established ourselves as a proven provider of quality training that gets results, particularly in the areas of Aged Care, HACC and Disability. We pride ourselves in our quality service, with small class sizes & flexible learning environments. 

Due to growing numbers in enrolments, we are on the lookout for amazing trainers ready to deliver in our Certificate III in Individual Support. We have consistent work for suitable trainers and assessor. You will be facilitating learning in our online supported and / or our bespoke traineeship modes of delivery. You will be provided with training to add to your repertoire that will assist you to deliver quality training in the contemporary delivery modes. Many of our online student contact session can be scheduled around your availability! You will be provided with all session plans, PowerPoints and assessment guides.

Position Description:
- Trainer/Assessor Certificate III in Individual Support 
- Online (supported and / or Traineeship delivery
- Undertaking workplace assessments
- Completing paperwork to meet National Standards
- Attractive remuneration including payment for attendance and Trainer meeting, marking and some professional development sessions. 

Essential Selection Criteria:
- Certificate III in Individual Support - or ability to provide evidence of vocational competence
- Industry currency in Aged Care
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Current Working with Children Check
- Covid19 Vaccinated 
- Passionate commitment to the provision of quality education and striving for awesome student outcomes
- Ability to provide supervision and complete relevant documentation for students during their Language, Literacy and Numeracy testing requirements aligning with the Skills SA Unique Assessment of Need (UAN)

Desirable:
- Previous experience delivering health and community services programs
- Sound understanding of VET system
- Ability to communicate with, and support, a wide range of learners
