The successful candidate will play a pivotal role coordinating and executing urgent freight requests from priority customers. This could be through road and/or air delivery or any other modes of transport as required.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Coordinating any hot shot requests from emails or phone, and ensuring freight reaches required location on time as requested
- Providing customers and/or internal staff with updates on freight location as required
- Liaising with in- house despatch/scheduling and/or subcontractor providers
- Escalate any issues that may impact deliveries as soon as practical
- Ensure all Hot Shot orders have been processed correctly in JAS, and any other application to ensure customer being charged timely and accurately
- Follow up on Invoices from Subcontractors to ensure jobs have been costed accordingly
- Ensure POD’s are maintained for all deliveries

- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Intermediate Computer skills
- Ability to work within a team environment and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
