About the role
The Senior Coordinator Statewide Transport Services is responsible for the coordination and delivery of Cancer Council Queensland’s Statewide Transport Services program.

To be successful in this role:
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills
- Develop and coordinate the delivery of CCQ’s Statewide Transport Services program to meet strategic objectives
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximise opportunities for partnerships with transport providers across the state
- Contribute to the development, maintenance and evaluation of documentation, record-keeping, procedures, and processes to ensure the program is delivered in line with guidelines and standards
- Maintain effective communication networks with CCQ Navigation Services and regular referring health professionals at treatment facilities to improve referral pathways and increase use of CCQ’s Transport Services
- Monitor and report on program data to identify service use, capacity, and improvements
- Monitor and report on program budgets, income and expenditure
- Evaluate success and efficiencies of the Statewide Transport Services program
- Identify opportunities promotional activities to increase use of CCQ’s Transport Services, with a particular focus on regional and remote communities, and those facing barriers to access treatment
- Provide support and coverage to assist the Transport Team as required
- Model CCQ values and exceptional client experience behaviours to develop a high performing, values driven and collaborative workforce
- Current Queensland Drivers’ Licence
- Limited Travel may be required
