Leading fast growing Australian owned International Freight and Logistics group seeking locally experienced Transport Coordinator who will be responsible for providing the Customer Service aspects for transport & associated import functions for FCL, LCL & Airfreight shipments. Driving solutions and maintaining a high level of Customer Service focus is paramount in this role.
Working at head office Wetherill Park - Monday to Friday full time office hours - NO WFH!
Working with management and team of young and dynamic individuals, Focusing on Freight Forwarding Logistics business servicing direct importers.

About the role :-
- Monitor availability of cargo for both air & sea
- Coordinate the collection and movements of inbound & outbound AIR, LCL, FCL, RORO, and/or Break-Bulk shipments.
- Prepare documentation for transport companies and ensure all customs and AQIS procedures have been carried out and met
- Organising Click2Ship orders
- Arranging coastal movements
- Monitor cargo, damaged/pilfered cargo, and handling of any claims arising
- Manage tasks/ workflow processes
- Working closely with IWS (3PL division) to coordinate warehouse cargo transfers, container deliveries
- Liaise regularly with clients on delivery specifics including time, location, any special services required
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships with customers (internal and external), suppliers and service providers
- Manage client queries and provide assistance as required
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving shipments that may arise
- Provide exceptional services and ensure customer satisfaction
- Cargowise1 software preferred

- Logixboard Management Systems (tracking system)
About you:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar Cartage role
- Knowledge of customs and freight forwarding terminology
- Strong Administrations skills
