Role Description;
- To organize day to day allocations of the business
- Maximize Fleet Utilization
- Meet customer needs and requirements
- Coordination and scheduling of fleet & staff movement including monitoring hours and delays
- Good background knowledge of General Transport & Hire - allocation roles/functions relating to local deliveries & interstate runs
- Experience using TFO (The Fleet Office) or similar Fleet Management Software
- Monitor and support development of load and route efficiency improvements
- Knowledge of the greater Adelaide area
- Accurate management of up to date driver paperwork in accordance with legislative and business requirements.
- Good communications skills
- Building strong relationships with our current customer base and ensuring a high level of service is offered
- Confident in working with Office computer software - Excel etc.
- Licenses - (highly regarded but not essential)
- Heavy Vehicle (HC)
- Multi Vehicle (MC)
- EWP License
- Forklift License
