Our client based in Bentleigh East is seeking an experienced Destination Consultant to join their growing business!
Our client is a leading facilitator of walking tours in Australia/NZ and worldwide!
The posted salary for this role is $70,000 excluding superannuation.
Position Description:
- Handling telephone calls with customers in a timely manner and ascertaining whether the call should be transferred to another consultant
- Managing and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
- Handling and replying to email enquiries in a timely manner (within 24 hours)
- Processing customer bookings and payments
- Managing product logistics/itineraries and informing relevant stakeholders of changes
- Other administrative tasks
About you:
- Experienced in, motivated by, and passionate about travel and tourism
- Experience in Microsoft 360
- Experience in Salesforce CRM preferred
- Full working rights in Australia
Note: This is not a remote of hybrid working arrangement - this position involves 5 days in the office. Office hours are anywhere between 8-6; this is somewhat flexible!
