JOB DESCRIPTIONS
As a Travel Consultant, your responsibilities will all revolve around booking and customer service. You will be reaching out to customers to follow up on their enquiries & supporting clients through their journey as well as ensuring all information & documentation is accurate within the system.
- All office management tasks
- Consult, collect and prepare all needed documents to apply visas, passports for clients
- Dealing and contracting with the suppliers such as restaurants, hotels, transportation companies
- Answer phone calls, coordinate with Vietnam office or our DMCs to consult or respond to the inquiries and complaints of customers.
- Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence;
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office;
- Other assigned tasks
- Contact to the hotel, transport logistics and sightseeing entry pots to ask for the service contracts.
- Make the tour confirmation to the customer when you receive the booking.

- Proficient office computer skills
- An excellent communicator, listener and problem solver who is comfortable working in a busy role.
- Flexible hours, 38-40 hours per week depending on candidates' preference
- Check email and be available to work outside office hours if required
