Travel Coordinator

KAEFER Integrated Services is currently seeking a bubbly, enthusiastic and professional Mobilisation Coordinator for Adelaide CBD Office.

Key Responsibilities

•  Monitoring training compliance of multiple sites
•  Booking in training for employee’s where needed
•  Raising Purchase orders
•  Booking domestic travel
•  Booking travel to and from site for employee’s
•  Ordering PPE for employee’s
•  Assistance with payroll duties on an adhoc basis.

About You

•  Previous experience within a similar role.
•  Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
•  Previous experience with travel booking.
•  Highly developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise with people in an informative and positive manner
•  Enthusiastic and self-motivated
•  Enjoys a challenge and a variety of responsibilities associated with running reception and assisting other departments as required
•  Sound knowledge of computer-based systems including Microsoft Office.
