About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Treasury Manager to oversee all aspects of our company's treasury function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cash flow, liquidity, risk management, and financial investments to ensure the company's financial stability and growth. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a significant impact on the company's financial strategies. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement treasury strategies to optimize cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk management.
• Manage cash forecasting, including short-term and long-term cash flow projections.
• Oversee the company's banking relationships and negotiate banking services and fees.
• Monitor and analyze financial market trends and recommend appropriate investment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Manage foreign exchange exposure and hedging activities.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to treasury processes and systems.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
• Proven experience in treasury management, preferably in the energy industry or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, risk management principles, and treasury best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
