About the role

Reporting to the Head of Global DTC e-Commerce, in this role, you will lead a team of 3 and you will own the eCommerce website experience for Penfolds.com globally, and Cellardoor.co in ANZ. You will support Penfolds' sales performance, through continuously optimising our customer and user experience through the exploitation of new features, functionalities, and contents to meet the needs of a diverse international audience while aligning with the organisation's goals and standards.

  • Manage and supervise the implementation of all changes across both CellarDoor.co in ANZ and Penfolds.com globally.
  • Optimise the eCommerce (AUS/US) and Online (ROW/International) user experience through the development of customer journey mapping and other engagement strategies across both CellarDoor.co in ANZ and Penfolds.com globally.
  • In conjunction with the eCommerce and Marketing teams, develop and implement highly targeted and personalised campaigns, delivering real-time, campaign-driven and automated campaigns to maximise performance, web traffic and conversion.
  • Manage language translations and third-party retailer connections
  • Drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) efforts to enhance key metrics

About you

We're seeking someone with experience managing Website Production teams, with a blend of technical expertise and highly developed communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively. You have proven success in the planning, production and maintenance of multiple websites, in different regions and languages.

  • Experience working in multidisciplinary digital/technical teams.
  • Proficient in the use and management of eCommerce platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud, formal qualification in the use of this tool would be advantageous
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in HTML/CSS
  • Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Indesign) and JSON coding skills are desirable
  • Familiarity with tools for digital task and project management (e.g. Trello, Monday, Jira etc.)
