Located at our St Kilda Road office 2/3 days per week and with the ability to work from home 2 days per week; you will be responsible for cash management and ensuring all transactions are handled in a timely manner to support our Australia wide operations.
Reporting to the Treasury Manager, you will have the ability to take ownership and be autonomous in the scope of your role.
Key Accountabilities:
- Responsibility for effective daily cash position & ensure appropriate funding
- Preparing cash flow forecast
- Administering the corporate credit card program
- Processing EFT payments
- Review of bank reconciliation entries and providing primary support to sites
- Facilitation payments of local & FX transactions
- Involvement in Treasury related projects
You may have come from a prior accounts/treasury/administration role and have a strength with reporting and reconciliations. You will have great verbal and written communication, be responsive to our internal clients' needs, juggle many varied tasks with different priority levels and have an analytical mind to quickly assess and solve problems. Excellent Excel skills are essential to drive reporting and you will have great interpersonal skills and be an effective team player.
You will have a minimum of Cert IV in Accounting with an established early career in Finance/Accounts.
