National Dental Care is seeking a dynamic and highly-organised  Multi SiteTreatment Coordinator to join the team in a Full-Time or Part-Time capacity at our thriving NDC SA practices.

About the Role

As a Treatment Coordinator in our thriving Specialist Centres, you’ll play a key role in clinical treatment and work very closely with the Practice Manager. You’ll confidently and expertly provide high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients. 

Skills & Experience

You have:

• Minimum two years experience as a Treatment Coordinator in the Dental Industry.
• Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite
• Previous experience using Dental 4 Windows (D4W) – desirable
• Strong leadership skills and experience working within a team

You are:

• Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
• An excellent communicator - both written and oral
• Strong attention to detail
• Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
