We have a small operations team of 3 and we need someone to work with the team to develop processes and metrics to drive performance and set the platform for volume growth we are experiencing.
As this is a small team, you will need to be hands on. That is, whilst leading the team, you’ll need to physically work with the team in the warehouse to receive & ship stock, manage stock, etc.
Over time it is expected that the team will expand and the role will develop into a management role with very limited hands on work.
This is a newly created role where you will be a member of the Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO, with visibility and influence across the business.
The Leadership Team has full business oversight, with the current task to build a structure, processes and metrics across the business which will solidify AIMS position as a preferred supplier of industrial & engineering supplies.
