What you'll be doing
The Epilepsy Unit mostly caters to patients with refractory epilepsy who have tried multiple standard anti-epileptic medications but failed to achieve seizure freedom and/or reasonable seizure control. By providing patients access to clinical trials, this may improve patient care, promote positive health outcomes and may contribute in evidence-based practice.
Clinical Trial Nurses coordinate all aspects of clinical trial work relating to epilepsy.
People with disabilities who meet the selection criteria are encouraged to apply; and where required, WSLHD will implement reasonable adjustment consistent with industry standard.
