- Administration support and end to end management of all administration processes.
- Site Pallet control.
- Daily interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan, organise and manage meetings, presentations and events.
- Organise management meetings, agenda, minutes and action items and follow ups.
- Review and manage invoices.
- Raising Purchase Orders.
- 2IC or pallet control experience.
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently and multi-task.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge skill using MS Office applications.
- Good data entry skills.
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills.
- Problem solving capabilities & computer aptitude.
