The Client:
An exciting opportunity to join a leading team in the East! This is a brand and team that has made an impact in their local market and is continuing to grow, expand & evolve!
This is an opportunity that will allow you to work with the BEST in the business! They are on the search for a passionate, organised & experienced Trust Accountant to manage the Property Management Trust Account.
The Role:

• Complete the trust accounting for Property Management - over 1000 properties
• Complete the audits
• Check daily and monthly audits
• Facilitate yearly audits
• End of Month and Mid-Month

The Candidate:

• Previous experience in a Real Estate accounts role, over five years.
• Knowledge of REST or Property Tree software is desirable
• Outstanding communication skills, must be good with numbers, time management and attention to detail
• Possess a "can do" attitude & be a great team player
