The purpose of the Trust Accountant role is to ensure accurate and timely trust accounting and month end reporting, reconciliation and initiation of transactions related to the business.
The Role:
- Reconciliation of various Trust collection bank accounts
- Reconcile the daily loan to bank transactions
- Prepare Trust bank account reconciliation
- Expense Payable - Reconciliation and accurate accounting for all expense and commission recharge
- Working closely with all stakeholders and support ad-hoc queries
- Assist with month end reporting
About You:
- CA/CPA (or equivalent) qualified Accountant, or working towards professional qualification is desirable
- Experience in managing trust accounts
- 2 years experience within Financial Services is preferred
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
