Trust Accounts & Office Accounts - Flexible Part Time Hours

We are looking for someone that has experience in running the operations of a trust account as well as experience as an all rounder in business accounts.

You will be responsible for overseeing the trust account with a lot of support from our admin team doing the day to day entries. You would also be responsible for the general management of the business accounts working along side the Managing Director in preparing key reports and ensure the timely management of all accounts.

The role will be Part Time at approx. 10-14 hours per week, working a minimum of 1 hour per day and having flexibility over choosing when the rest of the hours will best suit yourself. The role can also be a work from home position or in our head office based in Perth.

We will provide full training on our systems and processes but Trust accounts experience is essential.

Your duties will include:

TRUST

• Ensuring the daily balancing of the trust account
• Carry out a weekly trust payout.
• Completing EOM trust payout.
• Ensuring all bonds are lodged in timely manner
• Processing sales settlements

BUSINESS

• Carrying out weekly creditor pay run
• Processing fortnightly payroll
• Updating the budget monthly
• Reconciling all bank accounts 
• Making superannuation payments
• Lodgement of BAS/Activity statement
