About the Role
With a passion for customer service, you will provide client focused service in a highly regulated environment relating to the administration of trusts, deceased estates and/or enduring powers of attorney. You will grow your knowledge of our products and services to assist vulnerable Victorians through some of the most difficult times in their lives.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in a customer service and business administration role
- Ability to prepare commercial standard correspondence, reports and recommendations
- Well-developed professional communication skills (written and spoken), including the ability to deal sensitively with distressed or emotionally sensitive calls
- Competent financial literacy
- Sound computer skills including competent use of Microsoft Office
Experience in a business administrative role and an understanding of our clients' lifestyle issues will be highly regarded.
