Job Profile
Reporting to the Manager TS Support Services, the TS Support Services Officer manages the operational day to day activities of the Service Desk which is central to our customer service and support for all Information Technology related enquiries.
- Customer service – Ensures high levels of customer service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and high quality service delivery
- Technology support - High levels of service desk support are provided both internally and externally
- Technology reliability – Ensures internal and external technology systems are well supported and are available to meet Lotterywest’s business objectives
- Relationship management – Develops and maintains productive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders

- A cover letter of no more than two (2) pages addressing the following selection criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in a senior service desk role providing technical leadership and mentoring to staff
- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of service desk management methodology and practices and applying IT Service Managemen
- Sound technical, analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to analyse information and identify and resolve complex problem
- Demonstrated high level customer service skills with a customer centric service focus and the ability to build rapport with key internal and external customer
- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining work policies and procedures
