Job Title: TSPV Linux Systems Administrator
Location: Adelaide
Job Type: Full-Time

Cleared are seeking TSPV cleared Linux Systems Administrators to work our portfolio of Defence Industry clients. These clients include Global System Integrations, Vendors and Managed Service Providers who have multiple projects within the Defence and Intelligence space.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience working with Linux and open source systems in a business environment
• 3+ years of scripting or programming experience
• Knowledge of system management, including installation, custom channels, deploying virtualized systems, basic client-based security, repositories, and creating core builds
• Experience with management and deployment of physical and virtual Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems
• Excellent Shell scripting skills
• Knowledge of a variety of virtualization and cloud technologies, setting up virtual environments using host and guest, and migrating from physical to virtual environments
• Understanding of basic LDAP concepts and basic connectivity to Directory Server, NIS, AD, or other widely used authentication applications and security certificates
• Automation experience using basic Linux programming languages like C, Python, Ruby, Perl, Shell, etc. is a plus

Qualifications:

• Customer facing or consulting experience.
• Working knowledge of Linux security practices and tools.
• Demonstrated technical expertise from previous career opportunities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to solve complex problems.
• Studying or completed a Red Hat Certification
• Customer-centric mindset and an understanding of the value our work brings to clients.
• TSPV clearance with ability to pass additional security assessments
