TTi Operator - Assembly (Electrical Focus)

As a TTi Operator, you'll be assisting in the Sub-Assembly area ensuring the electrical wiring of tank remote controls and electrical boxes meet customer requirements ensuring a quality product all whilst living our “CRISP” values at work every day.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Perform wiring tasks according to drawings and assembly instructions.
• Assemble and wire electrical boxes and remote controls with precision and accuracy.
• Ensure electrical units have the required specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any wiring or assembly issues that may arise during the production process.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to 5S Standards protocols and procedures that we can train!

What You Bring to The Table

Skill Set 

• Although no formal Electrical Trade Qualification is required, we prefer some hands-on experience and or exposure in an electrical capacity. Advantageous to someone who has worked towards a Certificate or Qualification to have the grounded fundamentals.  Attitude is everything, so if you have a great energy that radiates to our Values, we want to hear from you too!

Team Player 

• You are easy going, not afraid to ask questions.  You will work in amongst a small team of 3 and have a “CRISP” outlook for your team and work processes. You’re reliable and have got your team mates back working towards a common goal.

Physical Capability

• You are physically fit to stand for long periods of time, with some bending and kneeling.  A large part of the role wiring will require good hand dexterity. Being Electrical Focused unfortunately not suited to people who are color blind.
