The Hunter Power Project is the construction of a 660MW Power Station comprising of two heavy-duty open cycle gas turbines. Located in the in the Hunter Valley region of New South Wales, 35 km west of Newcastle
About You:
- Install, assess, maintain, repair and replace various forms of instrument tubing, impulse lines, filters and tapping points.
- Carry out testing of instrument lines as per specification requirements
- Uphold and ensure compliance with standards, processes, and quality control
Key Requirements:
- White card
- High Risk Work License
- Work at Heights Ticket
- High levels of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Great time management skills
- The ability to work within a team and unsupervised
Have a background or previous experience in the following areas
- Hydraulic Fitter experience desirable
- Trade Certificate
- Plumbing background desirable
- Previous experience in tube fitting (3-5 years’)
