We require the immediate start of a Turnaround Engineer/Block Lead to join our team in Geelong on a permanent full time basis.

About the role
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing support to the site scheduling/planning team for Turnaround Maintenance to ensure compliance with the integrity and reliability management plans.
- Safety, health and environmental performance meets or exceeds statutory and Company standards and requirements
- Major project management of Refinery Turnarounds.
- Plan and lead execution of focused projects as determined by the Refinery support to operations.
- Monthly KPI collection and collation for Turnarounds
- Risk Register management and resulting action item close out.
- TA Scope management, including the Addenda and Discovery process.
- Ensure planning and work packs are in line with QMP plan and scope of work.
- Work pack Tracking and Approvals to ensure high quality.
- Communicate and manage Supervisor and QC expectations
- Organising periodic team presentations and organising/reviewing newsletter posts
- Chair weekly Core Team Meeting with Risks and MOCs reviewed.
- Technical Support for the team in other areas where required.
About You

Required qualifications and education requirements
- Minimum 2-5 years experience in a planning and scheduling maintenance role or similar
- Sound working knowledge of a computerised maintenance management system preferably JDE
Desirable / preferred skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a major facility within Operations / Maintenance / Projects or Turnarounds
- Industry related certificates or qualifications
