Tutoring Centre Manager - Hurstville (Full Time Or Ppt)

As a growing business we are recruiting for an important role of:

Hurstville Centre Manager. Role will be Full time or part time (share) depending on the right candidate's preference. 

Who you are - 

A people person who can support and grow a community of teachers, parents and students. Key skills we are looking for:

• A friendly and lively nature with a skill for building rapport with others
• Empathetic caring individual who can support students and families through the stress of high school studies
• Technical experience in workflow tools such as Google Suite, Salesforce, Zoom.
• Multi-language skills (highly preferred) - Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, Korean etc
• Experience in sales and customer service (phone and in-person)
• Experience of NSW high school system (as student or parent of student)

What you will be doing as Centre Manager:

• be the connector and epicentre of our Hurstville centre community, working with tutors, students, parents and partners to understand and achieve academic goals
• Manage parent and student needs (inbound phone, face to face, email) and academic enquiries
• Manage all in-centre requirements such as facilities management, printing, room set-up, teacher needs, customer issues
• Requires 1 weekend day per week

Who you may be:

• Parent of student who has completed or is completing NSW schooling
• Recent university or TAFE graduate looking to build a career in education and/ or administration
• Experienced administrator
