Two Pega Business Architects / Analysts

As a senior business analyst, you'll be at the forefront of driving strategic decisions, optimizing processes, and shaping the future of the organization.

These Senior Business Analyst positions will be working with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the successful delivery of projects. These roles will also be responsible for supporting Business and Usual (BAU) and Program support for Portfolio business applications on the Pega Platform and Cloud Pega Platform.

1. Demonstrated experience in applying the agile delivery methodology, including the use of project management and delivery management tools, whilst delivering large and complex IT system solutions
2. Demonstrated ability to identify business needs, and design transformative solutions using design thinking principles and techniques
3. Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, together with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementations
4. Ability to drive design and documentation best practices to ensure consistency and reusability when delivering IT system solutions
5. Strong coaching/mentoring experience in requirements gathering, including the ability to coach a team of business analysts to drive efficiency and quality delivery
6. Previous experience and/or knowledge of Commonwealth Government governance structures

Desirable Skills and Experiences:

1. Holds a Pega Business Architect certification or higher and 2+ years’ experience working as a Pega Senior Business Architect/Analyst on Pega Platform and/or Cloud Pega Platforms highly desirable.
2. Strong understanding of Pega methodologies and design concepts highly desirable.
3. Demonstrated experience with Business Process Management (BPM) and cloud-native technologies.
4. Ability to lead a team of business analysts to drive efficiency & quality delivery, including the ability to conduct design review self-assessments and peer assessments.
