Ug Geologist

Reporting to the Underground Technical Services Superintendent, you will be a part of a dynamic and motivated team. The role will require you to: Be responsible for the Management and Continuous Improvement of Moolarben's UG Geology Management Systems. Undertake Underground Inspections and Geological Mapping Undertake Exploration Planning and Management Be responsible for Coal Quality Planning and Reconciliations Be responsible for the Underground Geological Budget Essential Criteria: Tertiary qualifications in Geology Minimum of 2 years previous experience in similar role Comprehensive knowledge of mining legislation, best practice industry standards and risk management. Strong safety focus, high standards and engineering ability. Persons that have a practical, team-based background will be highly regarded.
