Your opportunity
The Undergraduate Student in Nursing position is a new dynamic role within the SWHHS and will support nursing students transition to the role of the Registered Nurse and engage in clinical practice and build relationships with the inter-professional healthcare team. SWHHS in partnership with universities is maximising opportunities for undergraduate nurses seeking employment in the nursing workforce. The Undergraduate Student in Nursing will engage in clinical practice and supportive practices to safely provide quality health care to the community within the SWHHS. The Undergraduate Student in Nursing position will be guided and supported with additional learning and development opportunities to consolidate clinical placements and transition to the registered nurse role with opportunities for enrolment into the SWHHS First Year Registered Nurse program.
