At Advanced Mining Production Systems (AMPS) we are expanding and growing our East Coast team. If you have base metals, coal or unique mining methodology experiences, we would be interested to hear from you.
With AMPS, you will have the flexibility to experience a host of operations, mining techniques and leadership styles to further develop your technical and management skills. We specialise in assisting our clients’ mining technical services by providing a range of mining professionals ranging from Entry level Engineering roles through to Senior/Principal Engineering and management roles.
AMPS is seeking suitably qualified and experienced engineers who are interested in:

About our role
Assisting clients with onsite engineering requirements in the following:
• Drill and blast designs
• Mine planning and scheduling
• Mining infrastructure and project management
• Specialised mining improvement projects
• Mentoring, training and upskilling technical staff
• FIFO, DIDO and some remote hybrid work forms the role.
About you
• Degree qualified Mining Engineer
• Relevant Technical Engineering experience within the Australian Mining Industry
• A strong commitment to quality and safety in the workplace
• A current Australian manual driver’s license
• Exposure and experience with mine design software
• Passionate about learning new technical skills, travelling, and a keen interest in improving your knowledge
• A great communicator and well-developed interpersonal skills
• Metalliferous and or coal exposure is welcome given nature of commodities on the East Coast of Australia.
