THE ROLE
St Aidan’s are looking to recruit Uniform Shop Assistants to work casual hours during the school term and additional weeks during the school holidays, if available.
The Uniform Shop Assistant will assist the Uniform Shop Team Lead with the efficient daily operation and function of the St Aidan’s’ Uniform Shop. The Uniform Shop Assistant will support the school by assisting students, parents, and school staff with their uniform needs and providing excellent customer service.
ABOUT YOU
You will be passionate about providing exceptional service and bring to the team:
- Demonstrated experience in a customer facing role.
- Ability to use MYOB Retail Manager, not essential.
- Ability to type with speed (minimum 60wpm), accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately, whilst managing a range of tasks and changing priorities in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability and willingness to work productively and collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals.
- Ability and willingness to be flexible with work hours and scale up to accommodate peak back to school periods.
- Well-developed written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism and discretion in relation to confidential school matters at all times.
- Willingness to support the School’s core values and Anglican ethos.
BLUE CARD REQUIREMENT
Please note, the successful candidate will require a valid blue card prior to commencing employment at St Aidan’s Anglican Girls' School. Candidates that do not currently hold a valid blue card are advised to apply for a blue card to ensure they are job-ready.
