The Role
The City of Whittlesea isexperiencing rapid growth and we are looking for a Unit Manager ofDigital Transformation to lead our team in implementing digitalsolutions to seize the opportunities we have. In this role, youwill be responsible for overseeing initiatives such as technicalimplementations, digitisation, and the adoption of emergingtechnologies.
About you
The ideal candidate possesses arobust background in Digital Transformation, demonstrating a proventrack record in integrating the latest technologies to improvebusiness operations. They exhibit exceptional leadership qualities,adept at steering teams towards achieving set goals effectively andefficiently. Their communication skills are top-notch, allowingthem to manage stakeholder relationships seamlessly. With a strongcapacity for analytical thinking and problem-solving, they tacklechallenges head-on. They are well-versed in agile methodologies,with substantial experience in employing agile practices to enhanceproject delivery. The ability to discern business requirements andtranslate them into technical specifications is essential.Additionally, they are skilled in developing strategic roadmaps andkeeping abreast of market trends through thorough research,ensuring that the organisation remains at the forefront ofinnovation.
