B&K Consulting has partnered with a Big 4 Bank. We're on the lookout for dynamic individuals to fill Multiple Contact Centre positions.
Your duties and tasks:
- Engage with customers via phone, demonstrating confidence and professionalism.
- Multi-task across systems, where required upholding multiple, quality conversations at a time.
- Build rapport with customers, take accountability and drive positive customer outcomes, demonstrating excellent listening skills.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, referring complex financial needs to specialists as needed.
- Process transactions to address customer inquiries while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Utilise your finance or commerce background to attend to customer financial needs.
What you will bring:
- A background in Finance or Commerce.
- At least 1-2 years of customer service/Contact Centre experience in Banking
- Exceptional communication skills, both over the phone and via email, when liaising with stakeholders.
