B&K Consulting has partnered with a Big 4 Bank. We're on the lookout for dynamic individuals to fill multiple customer service positions on the IT service desk.
Your duties and tasks:
- Managing the internal service desk
- Engage with customers via phone, demonstrating confidence and professionalism
- Multi-task across systems, where required upholding multiple, quality conversations at a time
- Build rapport with customers, take accountability and drive positive customer outcomes, demonstrating excellent listening skills
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, referring complex financial needs to specialists as needed
What you will bring:
- At least 1-2 years of customer service exposure
- Exceptional communication skills, over the phone when liaising with stakeholders.
