Reporting through to the Direct Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Lead, mentor, and guide the Sales Team towards exceeding company targets

- Work with staff to follow up on sales leads and assist customers with the online application process through inbound and outbound calls

- Minimum 2 years experience leading a team of phone based sales specialists
