Used Car Buyer

Phil Gilbert Motor Group is Parramatta road’s largest Used Car dealer and in growth mode. 

Are you looking to fire up your automotive career? We are seeking applications from those interested in progressing their career to become a buyer & valuer. We offer a stable and supportive management team, we “get” Used Cars with up to 150 Used Cars retailed, and 100 Used Cars wholesaled each month. Our existing buyers purchases 100 cars each a month and we are missing cars because we cannot deal with the volume available in our dealership.

We are looking for an applicant who wants the opportunity to work with us, we have a strong buy and sell culture, and the right applicant will enjoy the rewards of joining a successful operation.

This is a crucial long-term role in our business and your training will include:

• Daily training and mentoring by Dealer Principal, Used Vehicle GSM, and our 2 buyers
• Support to buy 20 cars in your first month and progress to 100 cars/month in your first year
• Strong pay, commission, car allowance or drive car, and support to succeed without being micro-managed
• $100k package expected first year earnings
