Form of workCarwoo Pty Ltd is looking for a Showroom Receptionist to be the front face or "director of first impressions" of their new Brisbane dealership.To be considered, you will have fantastic customer service and computer skills to assist the relevant staff and managers.
You will also have excellent communication, organisation, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills to deal with our customers and stakeholders as well as demonstrating attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Greet each customer personally in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Answer all phone enquiries and operate a busy switchboard
- Handle customer enquiries and concerns with professionalism and tact
- Organisation and filing of sales contracts and vehicle servicing and repair paperwork, and other documentation
- Assist with a variety of administration tasks in a prompt, accurate and professional manner
- General clerical duties as required, scanning, filing, photocopying and ad hoc tasks as necessary
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Experience in a Car Dealership Receptionist or similar role as well as experience with EasyCars or similar advanced DMS (document management system) is a MUST - minimum 3 years experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capability to handle multiple guest enquiries simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including appointment management software and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recording guest information and service requests.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
