A part-time position has become available for an office administration assistant at our family run dealership.
This role carries a high level of responsibility, working closely with the owner/office manager. The desired applicant will be very reliable and be confident in their ability to work a busy office.
Further personal attributes required:
- Punctual, honest and reliable
- Ability to multi-task and work to a schedule
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Self-motivated
- Able to work unaided
Key Responsibilities include:
- Answering and controlling incoming phone calls
- Data/stock entry
- Manage emails and incoming leads
- Banking
- New registrations and registration transfers - online
- Creating and printing sale contracts
- General office duties
- Social media management
Required Skills:
- Basic accounting understanding
- Proficient computer skills
- General phone/reception skills
Further Skills (not required, however considered an advantage):
- Knowledge and experience of the industry software program "Dealer Solutions"
- Previous experience in an administrative role in a Car Dealership.
- DAIS accreditation a definite advantage, but not essential!
