Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Used Car Processing Officer to join our administration team. As a Used Car Processing Officer at Melville Volkswagen, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our administration processes. This position will also see you utilise your excellent communication skills when liaising with managers, customers and manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Used car end to end processing in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Processing 350 Used Cars per month
  • Used vehicle transfers
  • Bailing of Used Cars
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and documentation.
• Assist with other finance-related tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Used Car Processing in dealerships (accounting software - Units) is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive financial information.
