Pacific Motor Group is based on the Sunshine Coast and represents five new vehicle brands as well as numerous Used Car operations. We are a member of the Pickering Group of Companies with a wide representation throughout the Northern Territory, regional Queensland and South Eastern Queensland.
THE ROLE
We are looking to recruit an initiative-taking and motivated Sales Consultant to join our growing Sunshine Coast sales network to be based in Noosaville.
This is an opportunity for the successful candidate to establish a sales career in a company that is intimate enough that you will be recognised for your commitment to customer service and sales achievements, but large enough to be playing with large new and used vehicle sales volume on the big stage offering real potential for growth and diversity in your career.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?
This position would be suited to a driven, initiative-taker with a passion for providing consumer excellence by going that extra mile. With strong people skills, you will be proactive in establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships whilst growing the dealership's customer base. Candidates must also be able to display the following requirements.
- Be proficient with basic computer skills.
- Hold a current Australian Driver’s License (mandatory)
- Be able to demonstrate time management and organisational skills.
- Have a willingness to take on new challenges, learn new skills and be mentored by our experienced management team.
- Candidate must be driven to achieve personal renumeration via achievement with Sales Key Performance Indicator targets.
- Previous experience in a new or used vehicle sales role is highly desirable however for the right motivated candidate we would be happy for the opportunity to train and mentor them into the role.
