AddressWe are looking for an Administration Clerk with Dealership experience who is ready to take the next step in their journey to help grow and expand our business. Blinkr Is located in the Essendon Fields precinct which is the busiest precinct on the outskirts of the City.
What are we looking for
. The right person will,
- Have a can do positive attitude with a smile.
- Be able to work autonomously within a fast paced team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and task driven.
- Hold a current drivers license.
- Previous dealership experience preferred.
We are looking for team players who will work with our team to ensure our customers have an empowering experience.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing of Direct Purchases of vehicles
- Overseeing of Banking
- Management of weekly/monthly reconciliations of B/S accounts, including Floorplan
- Management of all things Accounts Payable
- Assistance to all members of Admin team
- Assistance to FC at Month End with certain tasks.
