We currently have a fantastic opportunity available for an enthusiastic, multi-skilled individual to join our dealership.
In this position you will be responsible for all functions relating to Registrations, Sales Support and Stock Control. This includes:
- Processing paperwork for direct vehicle purchases, vehicles sold/swapped, freight, trades, invoicing, payments, etc.;
- Accurate and timely registrations of all vehicles;
- Facilitating the movement of vehicles throughout the dealerships;
- Organising & auditing retail/fleet vehicle paperwork;
- Processing traffic infringements; and
- Other administration tasks that relate to the Sales Support office functions
The successful applicant will possess:
- Automotive Industry experience in a Sales Support role – highly regarded
- National Police Certificate – mandatory requirement
- Understanding of vehicle stock movements, associated documents & processes
- Skills to manage a multi-task workload, meet priorities and varying demands
- Self-motivation, initiative and problem solving expertise
