We currently have an extremely exciting opportunity for a professional and driven Sales Manager to oversee our Used Vehicle Sales Department which sells 80-100 vehicles every month, with a mapped growth strategy and new premises in our future planning.
The Role
- Train, coach, develop and mentor the sales team.
- Review, report and oversee all enquiries daily.
- Ensure our DMS, Autogate and Salesperson logs are updated daily.
- Be available to meet, greet and manage all guest enquiries.
- Control, recondition and manage our inventory with strict adherence on our days’ supply.
- Work with the buying team to identify stock opportunity.
- Achieve set internal volume and gross profit objectives.
- Review and authorise deal costing.
- Review all inbound and outbound advertising, promotion, and marketing activity.
- Work collectively and effectively with other department staff, department managers, Dealer Principal and Financial Controller.
The Candidate

- Be a student of the industry.
- Understand your department budget, DSA, DOC and department expenses.
- Hold a current Yard Manager license.
- Hold a current WA driver’s license.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
