We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced UAT Specialist to join our team on a Full-Time basis.
As a UAT Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating software applications and systems to ensure they meet specified requirements and function properly for end-users. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying defects and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
please note this position will be 5 days onsite at our Mooroolbark office
About the Role
The successful applicant would expect the following responsibilities as part of their role (including but not limited to):
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Develop detailed test plans and test cases based on project specifications.
- Execute UAT processes to validate software functionality, usability, and performance.
- Identify, document, and track defects or issues using appropriate tools.
About You
As the successful candidate you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- A minimum of 2 years experience in software testing, particularly in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
