The RoleRamsay Health Care Australia has a great opportunity for an established and hands-on
User Experience Designer to play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional digital experiences for patients, clinicians and staff.The successful candidate will work in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams to accelerate the growth of Ramsay's digital strategy. Key to this role is supporting and designing human-centre, holistic end-to-end digital solutions that align with both the user and business needs.Reporting to the Head of Experience Design, the UX Designer will:
- Support in the configuration and design of digital experiences
- Build out User Experience flows
- Design user interfaces to ensure functionality, accessibility and compliance
- Prototype and validate User Experiences for continuous improvement
- Ensure that future digital experiences meet both user and business requirements

Essential Skills and Experience- Bachelors' degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Desing, Human Computer Interaction or equivalent practical experience
- Highly skilled in User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design, understanding user and business needs, prototyping, testing and building end-to-end digital experiences for customers, staff and business
- Practical, hands-on design experience delivering user-centred design within large complex transformation projects for internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working in agile, multi-disciplinary teams to solve complex problems and address emerging challenges
- Experience interviewing, prototyping and user testing designs with customers and B2B clients
- Experience building and working in digital brand design systems, user interfaces that confirm within corporate brand guidelines
- Excellent internal and external stakeholder engagement skills
Interested in the Senior role?The successful candidate will demonstrate end-to-end experience of scoping, estimating and managing design activities across the user-centred design process. This will include approaching with the best methodology, identifying user requirements, outcomes and outputs to solve complex system and service challenges.
Desirable Experience and Skills- Experience in healthcare environment and exposure working in or across healthcare based experiences
- Ability to ensure a human-centred approach to designing and testing digital experiences, focusing on the customer experience
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and low-code platforms, enabling seamless translation of design concepts into functional, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces
- Able to lead and facilitate design, co-creation workshops and sprints as well as presenting concepts to stakeholders and senior executives
